Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the hygienic liners are intact and the garments are unwashed and unworn.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
